04 Funding schemes

Continuing training is funded through a variety of schemes, depending on the employee's status and the size of your company.

Our team supports you in putting together the application.

  • Skills development plan (Plan de développement des compétences) — internal training budget managed by the company (all sizes)
  • OPCO — funding by your skills operator (CONSTRUCTYS, AKTO, OPCO 2i, AFDAS, ATLAS…) according to your industry sector
  • CPF (Personal Training Account) — individual budget mobilised by the employee, for RNCP-eligible programmes
  • Professional Transition Project (PTP) — for career changes via Transitions Pro
  • FNE-Training — for employees in companies on short-time working or undergoing restructuring
  • POEC / POEI — operational preparation for employment for job seekers

A Qualiopi programme = public funding possible. Our Qualiopi certification (audited training provider) unlocks eligibility for public and OPCO funding schemes.

05 A 4-step process

  • 3. Contracting & agreement — signing of the training agreement (CERFA if OPCO), Qualiopi registration, mobilisation of funding
  • 4. Delivery & review — training delivery, interim assessments, final review with skills grid and Qualiopi certificate of completion

06 Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum duration of a continuing training programme?

Our short programmes start from 14 hours (2 days), which corresponds to the eligibility threshold for most OPCOs.

Certification programmes run from 3 to 6 months, and qualifications (BTS, Master's) from 12 to 24 months depending on the entry level.

Can you certify my employees without them having to retake the full qualification?

Yes — through RPL (Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience / VAE), your employees can obtain a recognised qualification or certification based on their professional experience.

We support the process (portfolio 1 then portfolio 2) and prepare candidates for the panel interview.

Allow 6 to 12 months depending on the target level.

How much does an in-house on-site training session cost?

The cost depends on the programme (duration, trainers, materials), group size, and location.

As a guide, a short session (2–3 days) delivered in-house for 8–10 people costs between €3,000 and €7,000 excl. VAT.

OPCO funding may cover all or part of this depending on your sector.

Is on-site delivery available anywhere in France?

Yes — our trainers can deliver training anywhere in mainland France and overseas territories.

Travel and accommodation costs are included in the quote.

For technical sessions requiring specialist facilities (energy, security), Asnières remains the most effective option.

How do I know if a programme is eligible for CPF?

All RNCP-certified programmes and branch-level certifications are eligible for CPF.

To check precisely, visit moncompteformation.gouv.fr or ask us: we include the CPF code in our quotes for each eligible programme.
