As an Enerlab Academy panel member, you play a key role in assessing students and upholding the quality of our programmes.

Your industry expertise and professional perspective directly contribute to the success of BTS and MSc cohorts.

01 Role and responsibilities

Serving on the Enerlab Academy panel means assessing students' real-world mastery against the professional standards of the sector.

You validate their theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional conduct — using a precise marking grid co-developed with teaching staff.

Your commitment amounts to one day per panel session, several times a year depending on your availability.

No heavy preparation is required: we provide you with marking grids, supporting documents, and a pre-session briefing.

02 Core responsibilities

Four duties structure your involvement on the day of the panel.

Assessment

Evaluate knowledge and competencies according to the national examination / RNCP title criteria.

Feedback

Deliver constructive feedback to the student — strengths and areas for improvement.

Documentation

Complete the official assessment sheets objectively and accurately.

Mentoring

Guide and advise students on their next professional steps.

03 Overall mission of the panel

Three objectives extend beyond the act of assessment itself.

Uphold quality

A thorough and fair assessment against professional sector standards — validating that training genuinely prepares students for the realities of the job market.

Continuous improvement

Invaluable insight into teaching effectiveness — your observations help adapt programmes on an ongoing basis.

Talent development

Training the future professionals of your sector — passing on your values, standards, and vision.
