Trial a future talent before hiring.

Duration4 to 24 wks.
ProfilesCAP to Master's

Hosting an Enerlab Academy intern means gaining a motivated individual who is learning and supported by our academic team.

It is also an excellent opportunity to trial a future employee before making a permanent hiring decision.

01 Why host an intern?

An internship is the most flexible route to integrating a young professional into your team: short duration, tripartite agreement, regulated allowance.

Your managers assess in real conditions; the intern discovers your trade and culture.

Internships frequently lead to a work-study contract, a fixed-term or a permanent contract — an excellent way to develop and assess a candidate before a definitive hire.

02 Types of placements available

Four formats depending on the level and stage of study.

Mandatory placements — 6 to 12 wks.

Embedded in the curriculum, required to validate the qualification.

Concrete contribution to day-to-day team activities.

Optional placements — 4 to 8 wks.

Complementary to the curriculum, for specialisation or exploration of new fields.

End-of-studies — 3 to 6 months

Major for graduation, often tied to a final-year project.

Direct preparation for professional life.

Tutored projects

Supervised by an academic tutor and a workplace mentor — excellent for innovation and short-term R&D.
